John Dwernychuk, Group Coordinator
One of my passions is traveling. I’ve traveled to over 50 countries and I am always looking for the chance to see somewhere new. I also enjoy hiking, skiing, and being outdoors.
I was born and raised in British Colombia but I relocated to Asia after High School. I have taught English in Seoul, studied Japanese language for several years in Tokyo and completed my bachelors in Inter-cultural studies program at Ryukoko University in Kyoto. Since I have spent many years as an international student in a foreign country I can relate with hardships students experience being in a new country and learning a new language so I love to help to make each students trip as enjoyable as I can.
What I love about MLI: I love that we are giving students a unique chance to learn something new in a new environment while visiting my home country.‹ Back
